Company: Viral Hive (and its affiliates and subsidiaries)
Services: Our websites, SaaS tools, client portals, social media management/automation services, analytics dashboards, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services").
Applicability: This Policy applies to personal information we handle as a controller (for our own purposes). When we process data on behalf of our business customers (e.g., managing content or ads for a client), we act as a processor/service provider and our use of that data is governed by our agreement with the customer.
Not covered: Third-party websites, apps, or services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
